摘要
本文根据HPDI天然气发动机的特性及控制系统原理,在HIL平台上搭建HPDI发动机双ECU的硬件在环仿真测试平台,用于控制器的闭环测试。利用该平台对HPDI系统进行测试,验证了仿真模型及测试平台的可行性。
In this paper,the characteristics of HPDI natural gas engine and the principle of control system are analyzed,and the hardware-in-the-loop simulation test platform of HPDI engine is built on the HIL platform,which is used for closed-loop test of the controller.The HPDI system is tested on the platform.It is concluded that the simulation model and the platform are correct and feasible.
