摘要 通过计算一款船用高压共轨天然气发动机的气轨的应力分布,发现存在总管和歧管的交界处应力较大,安全系数较低的问题。为了解决这个问题,提出了增加壁面厚度和在应力集中处加圆角的两种优化方案。分析两种方案的优化结果发现:增加壁厚的方法可以有效降低最大应力,而添加圆角的方法无法有效降低应力。 By calculating the stress distribution of a marine high pressure common rail natural gas engine,it was found that the stress was large at the junction of pipe and manifold, so the safety factor was low. To solve the problems, two plans were pro- posed, one was to increase wall thickness and the other was to add fillet. By analysing the result obtained, it was found that in- creasing wall thickness could reduce the maximum stress effectively, and the plan of adding fillet was not able to reduce the maximum stress effectively.
