基于HIL的叉车测试的研究与实现

摘要 叉车是一种包含机械、液压、电气等多物理领域的复杂系统,存在测试复杂,工作量大等特点。手动测试工作量大,传统的HIL测试较难对整个系统进行全面的测试。为此本文介绍了一种适用于叉车自动化测试的硬件在环仿真测试平台,该平台可以同时对叉车控制器和叉车本体设备进行测试,能够全面高效地对整个叉车系统进行测试。并通过实验测试验证了所提方法的有效性。 Forklift is a complex system that integrates mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and other multiphysical fields. The test is complex and heavy workload. Manual testing has a large workload, traditional HIL testing is difficult to fully test for entire system. For this reason, this paper proposes a hardware-in-theloop simulation test testing bench suitable for automated forklift testing. The testing bench can test the forklift controller and others equipment of the forklift at the same time, can fully and efficiently test the entire forklift system. And the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experimental tests.
