摘要
为了更好地满足航空电子产品生产管理的需要,在进行生成管理的过程中,对传统的生产管理方法进行有效的创新,并充分有效地应用航空公司的人力资源和物力资源,成为了航空电子产品生产管理必须把握的重要内容。在这一过程中,通过对传统的管理模式、方法进行有效的创新,使粗放式管理向精细化管理方向转变,对于提升航空电子产品的生产效率及生产质量来说,具有十分重要的意义。因此,探讨了提升精细化管理视角下多品种、小批次航空电子产品生产管理效率的方法,从而推进航空电子产品生产管理的转型发展,更好地满足航空电子产品生产的实际需要。
In order to better meet the needs of avionics production management,in the process of generation management,effectively innovate the traditional production management methods and fully apply the human and material resources of airlines,which has become an important content that must be grasped in avionics production management.In this process,it is of great significance to improve the production efficiency and quality of avionics products by effectively innovating the traditional management modes and methods and changing the extensive management to fine management.This paper discusses the countermeasures to improve the production management efficiency of multi variety and small batch avionics products from the perspective of fine management,so as to promote the transformation and development of avionics production management,so as to better meet the actual needs of avionics production.
