基于HFSS电磁仿真优化地基DOAS设备结构及布局

摘要 地基扫描成像差分吸收光谱仪(简称地基DOAS)用于室外环境监测,内部的精密光电系统要求结构具有较高电磁兼容。该文使用HFSS仿真软件对地基DOAS机械结构电磁仿真,一方面对比不同壁厚下的屏蔽效能参数,优选用材厚度尺寸,指导设备结构设计;另一方面根据仿真出的整体结构的谐振场强分布、不同位置点的屏蔽效能,优选核心模块安装位置,指导结构布局。 Ground based scanning imaging differential absorption spectrometer(DOAS)is used for outdoor environmental monitoring.The internal precision photoelectric system requires high electromagnetic compatibility.In this paper,HFSS is used for the electromagnetic simulation of DOAS mechanical structure.On the one hand,the shielding effectiveness parameters under different wall thickness are compared,and the thickness of materials is optimized to improve the shielding effectiveness of the structure;on the other hand,according to the simulation of the overall structure of the resonant field distribution,shielding effectiveness at different locations,the installation location of the core module is optimized to guide structure layout.
