摘要
情景模拟教学模式是指教师通过营造真实的社会情境指导学生融入到情境中,扮演不同角色,直观深入地了解教学内容的参与式教学模式。作为一种课堂实践教学模式,情景模拟教学具有参与主体广泛、过程持续长、参与效果突出等特点。在行政法学课堂教学中,运用模拟听证会的方式,从案例选取到教学方案设计,从具体教学流程到教学效果,可以充分体现情景模拟教学的应用价值。
Situational simulation teaching mode refers to the participatory teaching mode in which teachers create real social situations to immerse students,in which the students play different roles to learn intuitively and profoundly.It is a practical classroom teaching mode with the advantages of student participation,long duration and outstanding effect.This paper,taking the mock hearing as an example,analyzes the application of situational simulation teaching,from the selection of cases to the design of teaching plans,the procedure of classroom simulation teaching and the teaching effect,to illustrate the value of situational simulation teaching in teaching the administrative law.
