摘要
目的研究中药保留灌肠配合红外线照射治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法选取2019年3月—2020年3月医院接受中药保留灌肠及红外线照射疗法的慢性盆腔炎患者60例,随机将患者分为治疗组及对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用中药保留灌肠配合红外线照射联合疗法,对照组采用常规抗生素疗法,1个治疗周期结束后,对比2组病例的盆腔疼痛积分变化情况、治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的盆腔疼痛积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药保留灌肠配合红外线照射疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎可有效降低患者的慢性盆腔疼痛积分及改善慢性盆腔炎患者临床症状,其药物安全性及临床可应用性均较高,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with infrared radiation in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with infrared radiation therapy,while the control group was treated with conventional antibiotic therapy.The selected time is from March 2019 to March 2020.After a treatment cycle,the changes of pelvic pain score,total effective rate,patient satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pelvic pain score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine retention enema combined with infrared radiation therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can effectively reduce the score of chronic pelvic pain and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Its drug safety and clinical applicability are high,which is worthy of promotion.
