摘要
目的综合性评价自拟当归活血汤联合中药外敷治疗方案对三叉神经痛患者的随机平行对照临床研究效果。方法选取自2019年2月—2020年2月于抚顺市中医院神经内科病房住院并接受治疗的三叉神经痛患者60例,入组病例均采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组30例,应用自拟当归活血汤内服治疗方案,试验组30例,在对照组基础上联合中药外敷治疗方案,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、VAS疼痛积分及临床疗效变化情况。结果试验组中医证候积分、VAS疼痛评分、有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟当归活血汤联合中药穴位外敷治疗方案可有效改善三叉神经痛患者面部异常神经冲动释放及传导,益气活血、通络醒脑、通窍祛邪,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To comprehensively evaluate the effect of self-made Danggui Huoxue decoction combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on the randomized parallel controlled clinical study of patients with trigeminal neuralgia.Methods A total of 60 patients with trigeminal neuralgia who were hospitalized and treated in the neurology ward of Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method.30 patients in the control group were treated with the self-made angelica Huoxue Decoction orally,and 30 patients in the experimental group were treated with the combination of external application of Traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The changes of TCM syndrome score,VAS pain score and clinical efficacy in 2 groups were observed before and after treatment.Results TCM syndrome score,VAS pain score and effective rate of experimental group were better than those of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made Danggui Huoxue decoction combined with Chinese medicine external application of acupuncture points can effectively improve the release and conduction of abnormal facial nerve impulses in patients with trigeminal neuralgia,benefiting qi for activating blood circulation and eliminating pathogenic factor,has obvious clinical effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
