摘要
目的:评价广西地区男性精液质量及探究其影响因素。方法:对前来广西柳州妇幼保健院参加生殖健康检查的369名男性进行现况调查,并检测其精液质量。单因素分析采用方差分析或t检验;协方差分析模型探讨精液质量的潜在影响因素。结果:在单因素分析中,精子正常形态百分比在各年龄段间的差异具有统计学意义(F=5.542,P<0.01),吸烟、饮酒、运动频率、肉类制品存放方式和蔬菜水果食用频率等因素均与精液质量具有相关性。将年龄作为协变量,运用协方差分析生活方式因素对精液质量的影响,发现饮酒多于1L/周相对于1L以下/周的人群,前向运动百分比(β=11.899,P<0.001)、精液浓度(β=34.177,P<0.001)与正常形态百分比(β=1.935,P<0.001)三项精液质量均增加。多次使用塑料袋存放肉类制品相对于少用塑料的人群,前向运动百分比下降(β=-6.114,P<0.05)。与较少食用蔬菜水果的人群相比,1次以上/周摄入蔬菜水果的人群的精液浓度有所减少(β=-22.297,P<0.05)。结论:本研究表明精液质量可能与饮酒、肉类制品存放方式和蔬菜水果食用频率相关。这些发现对男性生殖健康将具有重要意义,但这些因素对精液质量的影响及影响程度仍需要更深入的研究。
Objective: To evaluate the semen quality of men in Guangxi and explore its influencing factors. Methods: 369 men who came to Liuzhou maternal and child health hospital in Guangxi to participate in reproductive health examination were investigated, and their semen quality was detected. One way analysis used analysis of variance or t-test;Covariance analysis model was used to explore the potential influencing factors of semen quality. Results: in univariate analysis, there was significant difference in the percentage of normal sperm morphology among different ages(F=5.542, P<0.01). Smoking, drinking, exercise frequency, storage mode of meat products and consumption frequency of vegetables and fruits were related to semen quality. Using age as a covariate variable, the effect of lifestyle factors on semen quality was analyzed, and the percentage of forward movement(β=11.899, P<0.001) and semen were found to be more than 1 L/week relative to people under 1 L/week. The concentration(β=34.177, P<0.001) and the percentage of normal form(β=1.935,P<0.001) increased the semen mass. The percentage of forward movement decreased compared to people who used plastic bags multiple times to store meat products with less plastic(β=-6.114, P<0.05). Compared with the group that ate less fruits and vegetables, the semen concentration of the group that ate fruits and vegetables more than once per week was decreased(β=-22.297, P<0.05). Conclusion: This study shows that semen quality may be related to drinking, storage of meat products and consumption frequency of vegetables and fruits.These findings will be of great significance to male reproductive health, but the influence and degree of these factors on semen quality still need to be further studied.
