摘要
利用改性活性炭和臭氧对工厂排放的工业废水进行处理,研究两者单独以及联合使用对于COD的不同去除效果及差异。同时对臭氧和改性活性炭处理废水的方法进行初步分析。经研究得出同一时间内改性活性炭量越多、臭氧量越多对COD的去除率越大。其中合适的反应条件是改性活性炭改性条件在微波功率为400 W下改性120 s,改性活性炭量为16 g/L、臭氧量为20. 1 mg/min,工业废水初始p H=9,在该条件下反应60分钟后,COD的去除率达到79. 3%。活性炭可以回用,但是同时发现活性炭经过多次使用后效果会变差。
the industrial wastewater discharged from the plant was treated by modified activated carbon and ozone,and the different removal effects and differences of COD were tstudied by the two individually and coupling.At the same time,the method of treating wastewater with ozone and modified modified activated carbon was analyzed.The study showed that the greater the amount of modified activated carbon and the greater the removal rate of COD with more ozone at the same time.The suitable reaction conditions are modified activated carbon modification conditions at microwave power of 400 W under the were modification of 120 s,modified activated carbon volume of 16 g/L,ozone volume of 20.1 mg/min,industrial wastewater initial pH=9,under the conditions of 60 minutes after reaction,COD removal rate reached 79.3%.Activated carbon could be reused,but at the same time found that activated carbon after multiple use of the effect will be worse.
