摘要
对于大齿圈类零件,通常需采用压淬工艺来保证产品的工艺尺寸,而压淬工艺的核心是压淬模具的设计。压淬模具设计时不仅要考虑产品的尺寸,同时需要考虑模具与热态工件在压淬过程中的接触问题,以避免不良接触。针对齿圈零件在生产过程中的端面压伤问题,通过对压淬机理进行分析研究,对压淬模具的设计、过程控制等进行优化,最终攻关了长期困扰的齿圈零件端面压伤问题。
For the parts of large ring gear,the press quenching process is usually needed to ensure the product process size,and the core of press quenching process is the design of press quenching die.The design of press quenching die should not only consider the size of the product,but also consider the contact between the die and the hot workpiece in the process of press quenching,so as to avoid bad contact.Based on the end face crushing problem of gear ring parts in the production process,the press quenching mechanism are analyzed and researched,and the design and process control of the pressure quenching die are optimized,and finally the long-standing problem of end face crushing is solved.
