摘要
采用硬度、冲击性能试验和金相分析等方法,对20CrMnMo、20CrNi2Mo、20Cr2Ni4、17CrNiMo6四种典型渗碳用钢在不同回火温度下材料的硬度、有效硬化层深度、冲击性能等的影响进行了试验研究,以期为生产实际中出现的齿轮非正常过热回火现象对齿轮材料性能的影响程度、受热齿轮的质量可靠性风险进行有效的评估和判断提供试验参考依据。
Effects of tempering temperature on hardness, effective hardened layer depth, impact properties of the four kinds of typical carburizing steels 20CrMnMo, 20CrNi2Mo, 20Cr2Ni4 and 17CrNiMo6 were investigated by hardness test, metallographic analysis and impact property test. The experimental results provide the reference for effective evaluation and judgment of quality reliability risks emerging in abnormal overheated tempered gear in practical production.
