摘要
为了控制汽车从动锥齿轮的安装端面和内孔淬火畸变,对影响齿轮压淬畸变的主要因素,如材料淬透性、齿坯预备热处理、压床及压模精度等采取改进措施,并对淬火压床工艺参数及工作台凸凹进行合理设定与调整,较好地控制了齿轮淬火畸变,压淬合格率得到较大提高。
In order to control the quenching distortion of the installing end plane and the inner hole of the driven bevel gears, improving measure were carried out for main factors influencing pressure quenching distortion of gears such as hardenabiligy of material, preparatory heat treatment for forging, accuracy of quenching press machine and press mould, etc. The process parameters of pressure quenching and the convex and concave of pressure quenching platform were set and adjusted reasonalby. The quenching distortion of the gears was well controlled, and the pressure quenching yield of the gears was improved greatly.
