摘要
质量与特色是独立学院可持续发展的原动力,高质量的师资队伍是其提高办学质量的核心资产。但是独立学院对教师培养的忽视,导致作为师资主力的青年教师职业流动现象日益频繁。在教师匮乏的情况下,独立学院的发展将停滞不前。只有促进青年教师在教学能力、专业实践能力和科研能力上的成长才能满足青年教师职业发展的需要,维持教师队伍的稳定,最终提高独立学院的办学质量,获得可持续性发展。
High quality and specific features are significant to the sustainable development of independent colleges,whose core asset is the highly professional teachers. However, neglecting the training of teachers, independent colleges witnessed the massive quitting of young teachers. Without enough teachers, the development of independent colleges is impossible. Young teachers need help to improve their teaching skills, professional practices, and research abilities.In this case can independent colleges have a stable faculty and consequently guarantee its sustainable development.
