摘要
独立学院教育教学的主要承担力量是青年教师,因此,青年教师的发展与独立学院的教学质量和人才培养息息相关,此文主要探讨了独立学院青年教师发展现状,并从加强教师队伍建设,优化科研团队平台建设、建立切实可行的培训、考核机制等方面提出了积极的应对策略,以期促进独立学院专业人才培养和青年教师的发展。
In independent colleges,young teachers undertake the main force of education and teaching.Therefore,the development of young teachers is closely related to the teaching quality and personnel training of independent colleges.The paper mainly discusses the development status and countermeasures of young teachers in independent colleges,and puts forward some positive coping strategies from such aspects as strengthening construction of teachers,optimizing platform of scientific research team,establishing practical training and assessment mechanism,so as to promote the cultivation of professional talents and development of young teachers in independent colleges.
