摘要
森林特色小镇可以实现生态环境、生态文化、森林景观和服务设施的有机结合,充分发挥森林生态多种功能,为社会提供更好的生态产品和更优良的生态环境,是国有林区改革发展的有效举措。文章以吉林省露水河林业局森林特色小镇为例,重点介绍了小镇建设的目标、原则、空间布局、重点工程及经营管理体制,并提出建设过程中应注意的问题,以期为其他森林特色小镇建设提供有益参考。
Featured forest towns can achieve an integrated development of ecological environment,ecological culture,forest landscape and service facilities,giving full play to multiple forest ecological functions and providing more ecological products and better ecological environment for society.Therefore it is an effective measure for the reform and development of state-owned forest regions.The paper introduces the technical route and management regime of featured forest towns in Lushuihe Forestry Bureau of Jilin Province,and raises the problems that need paying attention to in the course of featured forest town construction.The study is expected to provide beneficial reference for the construction of featured forest towns based on the detailed analysis of the ones in Lushuihe Forestry Bureau.
