浅析椎间孔镜在脊柱微创手术中的应用进展 被引量:4

摘要 现如今,随着微创理念在临床中的不断深入,各类微创手术在临床中应用广泛,而椎间孔镜技术就是治疗脊柱疾病的微创技术之一。椎间孔镜技术治疗脊柱相关疾病已然在临床中取得了十分可观的效果,但目前关于某些腰椎疾病的治疗是否采取椎间孔镜技术,临床中仍有争论。本文首先对椎间孔镜技术的发展进行阐述,继而探讨椎间孔镜的实际操作。然后对椎间孔镜的临床应用进行概述,最后探讨其局限性,希望能为脊柱疾病的临床治疗提供一些参考和意见。 Nowadays,with the deepening of minimally invasive concept in clinical practice,various minimally invasive surgeries are widely used in clinical practice,and foraminoscopy is one of the minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of spinal diseases.Foraminoscopy has achieved considerable clinical results in the treatment of spinal diseases,but there is still a debate about whether to use foraminoscopy in the treatment of some lumbar diseases.In this paper,the development of foraminoscopy technology is described firstly,and then the practical operation of foraminoscopy is discussed.Then the clinical application of foraminoscopy was summarized,and its limitations were discussed in the hope of providing some references and suggestions for the clinical treatment of spinal diseases.
