摘要
目的分析医院公共卫生管理中存在的问题和对策。方法选取2019年1月—2022年1月清水县人民医院的30名医务人员为研究对象,对公共卫生管理工作进行调查,分析其中存在的问题;并在2021年1月—2022年1月执行循证管理方式。分析管理前后医务人员的公共卫生管理水平、考核成绩、文书写作质量。结果管理后,院内感染控制(93.42±3.34)分、健康档案管理(92.73±3.57)分、重大疾病防控(94.01±2.34)分、突发卫生事件处理(92.74±4.03)分及慢性病防控(92.11±3.46)分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后,医务人员的理论考核成绩(91.56±3.55)分、实践操作考核(92.04±2.41)分以及工作绩效考核(93.06±2.37)分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后文书写作质量完整性(9.11±0.23)分、规范性(8.75±0.34)分、标准化(8.45±0.56)分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在公共卫生管理工作中,落实循证管理模式可以显著提升管理水平,优化人员的综合素养,提升卫生写作水平。
Objective To analyze the problems and countermeasures in hospital public health management.Methods 30 medical staff of Qingshui County People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 as the research object to investigate the public health management work and analyze the existing problems.Genetal public management methords was implemented from January 2019 to Decemer 2020.The evidence-based management was implemented from January 2021 to January 2022.To analyze the public health management level,assessment results,writing quality of medical staff before and after management.Results After management,the hospital infection control score(93.42±3.34)points,health file management score(92.73±3.57)points,major disease prevention and control score(94.01±2.34)points,sudden health event handling score(92.74±4.03)points and chronic disease prevention and control score(92.11±3.46)points were higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of medical staff's theoretical assessment(91.56±3.55)points,practical operation assessment(92.04±2.41)points and work performance assessment(93.06±2.37)points were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of integrity(9.11±0.23)points,standardization(8.75±0.34)points and standardization(8.45±0.56)points were significantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In public health management,the implementation of evidence-based management model can significantly improve the management level,optimize the comprehensive quality of personnel,and improve the level of health writing.
