摘要
目的分析浅谈六西格玛理论在经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术患者健康教育中的应用价值。方法选择我院2021年2月至2021年5月行经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术治疗的患者60例作为实验对象,采用信封盲选法分为实验组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用常规护理模式,实验组在对照组基础上实施基于六西格玛理论的干预模式,对比两组干预前后SF-36评分、VAS评分,统计两组并发症发生情况。结果干预后实验组患者的SF-36评分显著高于本组干预前及对照组干预后,VAS显著低于本组干预前及对照组干预后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论六西格玛理论用于经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术患者健康教育中可显著改善患者生活质量,减轻患者术后疼痛程度,临床推广价值较高。
Objective To analyze the specific effect and feasible implementation plan of six Sigma theory in the health education of patients with percutaneous foraminal nucleus pulpotomy.Methods 60 patients who underwent percutaneous foraminal endoscopic nucleus pulposus enucleation in our hospital from February 2021 to may 2021 were selected as experimental objects.They were divided into experimental group and control group by envelope blind selection,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing mode,and the experimental group implemented the intervention mode based on Six Sigma Theory on the basis of the control group.SF-36 score and VAS score were compared between the two groups before and after intervention,and the complications of the two groups were counted.Results After the intervention,the SF-36 score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that before the intervention and the control group,and the VAS was significantly lower than that before the intervention and the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Six Sigma Theory in health education of patients undergoing percutaneous foraminal endoscopic nucleus pulposus resection can significantly improve the quality of life and reduce the degree of postoperative pain.It has high clinical value.
