摘要
赤脚医生是以“亦农亦医”为特征的一类农村基层医疗服务人员,具有鲜明的时代特点。总体上评价,赤脚医生具备奉献情怀、实干精神、预防意识、人文关怀等一系列精神内涵。虽然赤脚医生模式已经随着制度变革而退出历史舞台,但当代医疗人才培养仍可取其精华、去其糟粕,通过解读赤脚医生的优势和缺陷,对基层医务人才产生积极的思想引导作用。以赤脚医生为前身的乡村医生在恪守医道、医德的同时,应当努力精进专业素养,带动基层医疗机构诊疗能力的提升。在新型公共卫生服务模式下逐渐成长的家庭医生,亦值得吸收赤脚医生模式的历史经验,狠抓人才数目短板,填补服务质量漏洞。
Barefoot doctor is a kind of rural grassroots medical service personnel characterized by both farming and healing,with the distinctive characteristics of the times.On the whole,barefoot doctors have a series of spiritual connotations such as dedication,practical spirit,prevention awareness and humanistic care.Although the barefoot doctor model has withdrawn from the historical stage with the institutional reform,the cultivation of contemporary medical talent can still take its essence and discard the dregs,thus producing the positive effect of ideological guidance on grassroots talents through analyzing the advantages and defects of barefoot doctors.Rural doctors evolved from barefoot doctors should strive to improve their medical quality and promote the treatment ability of primary medical institutions.Family doctors growing up in the new public health service mode should absorb the historical experience of barefoot doctors,paying close attention to the shortcomings of talent number and filling the loopholes in service quality.
