摘要
当前我国新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控向好态势进一步巩固,防控工作已从应急状态转化为常态化。为全面落实“外防输入、内防反弹”的总体防控策略,总结在应急阶段积累的成功经验,继续完善联防联控专班,做好人员培训;发挥全科医生的职业优势,做好社区宣教,压实院感责任,保护易感人群;夯实医护团队分片包干基础,做实、做细疫情监测,精准管控、快速处置;依托家庭医生签约服务模式、紧密签约服务关系,创新疫情常态下的服务内涵,提升签约居民对家庭医生签约服务的满意度和获得感;强化社区卫生公共服务基础,建设发热筛查哨点及设置平战结合床位,构筑社区疫情防控的网底,守住公众健康的安全底线。
The current situation of novel coronavirus pneumonia in China is further consolidated,the prevention and control work has been transformed from emergency state to normalization.In order to fully implement the overall prevention and control strategy of"external prevention input and internal prevention rebound",summarize the successful experience accumulated in the emergency stage,continue to improve the special class of joint prevention and control,and do a good job in personnel training;Give full play to the professional advantages of general practitioners,do a good job in community publicity and education,compact the sense of responsibility of the hospital,and protect vulnerable people;Consolidate the basis of lump sum work of the medical team,do real and detailed epidemic monitoring,accurate control and rapid disposal;Relying on the family doctor contract service mode and close contract service relationship,innovate the service connotation under the normal epidemic situation,and improve the contracted residents'satisfaction and sense of access to the family doctor contract service;Strengthen the public service foundation of community health,build fever screening outposts and set beds for peacetime and wartime,build a net bottom for community epidemic prevention and control,and keep the safety bottom line of public health.
