摘要
目的分析乡村医生研究发展现状,梳理乡村医生政策文件,为我国乡村医生问题研究提供借鉴,为乡村医生实践探索提供思考。方法中国知网高级检索并筛选后得到文献3 356篇,用CiteSpace软件进行可视化分析。结果文献发表时间上,我国1933年开始出现乡村医生相关研究,2005年后研究显著增长,2014年后研究有所下降;研究热点及发展脉络方面,1993年以前主要围绕与乡村医生工作环境和内容相关的研究主题。1999—2011年出现与执业资质、继续教育等规范化管理相关内容。2015年开始出现"签约服务"的研究热点。结论随着城镇化进程的推进,乡村医生的职能定位和工作范畴需要调整和完善;建立规范的管理体制提高其服务水平和质量;提高待遇水平和保障机制、探索新的人才供给模式保证乡村医生队伍建设。
Objective To analyze the development of rural doctor researches, and to sort out the policy documents of rural doctors in China, so as to provide reference for the researches on rural doctors and rural doctors’ working practice. Methods Relevant literature was retrieved from CNKI by advanced retrieval, and 3 356 papers were obtained after screening. CiteSpace was used for visual analysis of the literature. Results In terms of literature publication time, researches on rural doctors began in China in 1933, increased significantly after 2005, and decreased somewhat after 2014. In terms of research hotspots and development context, the researches mainly focused on the topics closely related to the working environment and duties before 1993, then the topics related to standardized management such as rural doctors’ practicing qualification and continuing education from 1999 to 2011, and the topics on contracted health service since 2015. Conclusions With the advancement of urbanization, the function orientation and work scope of rural doctors need to be adjusted and improved timely. It is necessary to establish a standard management system to improve the service and quality of rural doctors, to improve the income guarantee mechanism and to explore a new talent supply mode to ensure the development of rural doctors.
