摘要
目的了解甘肃省农村卫生人力资源分布状况,以期对乡村医生问题的研究有一个整体认识,为加强乡村医生队伍建设提供参考。方法整体抽取甘肃省内3 550名乡村医生为调查对象,采用现况调查的方法对乡村医生的各项情况进行问卷调查。结果通过调查发现,乡村医生数量严重匮乏,专业素质整体不高,收入水平低下,乡村医生执业资格受限。结论各级政府应将乡村医生队伍建设作为农村公共卫生工作和投入的重点。
Objectives To understand the distribution of the human resources in rural health in Gansu province in order to have a full understanding of the research into the problems of the human resources of rural health,which is intended to offer a reference in strengthening the human resources of rural health of Gansu.Methods Total of 3 550 rural doctors in Gansu had been chosen as fact-finding targets.By carrying out surveys on current situations,questionnaires were used to collect information about the basic situations,education,training,working and income.Results The survey showed that the rural areas were badly short of doctors.Doctors working in rural areas were in great need of improving their professional knowledge and skills.Their professional qualifications were under limits.Conclusions The government at all levels should consider the development of the human resources of rural health as the key task of the rural public hygiene work and investment,creating fund-ensuring systems for village public health.
