摘要
目的了解阜平县乡村医生的工作现状,剖析人力、设备资源配置中出现的问题及原因,提出解决对策。方法对辖区39个村卫生室采取实地调研及发放问卷的方法获得数据。结果乡村医生人才缺乏、年龄老化、工作待遇低、设备不实用等现象较为普遍。结论加大资金投入、统筹配置医疗设备、制定退休机制、采用合理培训方式等有助于当地基层医疗卫生事业发展。
Objective To investigate the status quo of Fuping county rural doctors, analyze problems of manpower, equipment resources allocation and proposes the solution countermeasure. Methods The data of 39 village clinics was obtained by field investigation and questionnaire survey. Results Rural doctors lack of talent, aging, low treatment, equipment is not practical and other problems were common. Conclusion Increasing capital investment, coordinating the allocation of medical equipment, setting up retirement mechanism and adopting reasonable training methods, etc, will contribute to the development of local primary health care.
