摘要
通过对目前乡村医生付费机制的研究,从签约服务评价角度设计一套基于评价的签约服务付费机制,拟将评价结果作为乡村医生开展签约服务所得收入的依据,从而发挥付费机制对乡村医生的激励和约束作用,提高乡村医生签约服务工作的主动性和积极性,提高基本公共卫生服务经费、新型农村合作医疗基金和各项补助经费的使用效率。
Through analyzing rural doctor payment mechanism,it designed a series of evaluation-based contract service paymentmechanism from the perspective of contract service evaluation,intended to use the evaluation result as the references for the incomeof implementing rural doctor contract service; so as to play the role of promoting and constraining the behavior of payment for ruraldoctors,improve the enthusiasm and motivation of rural doctors in the contract services,increase the using efficiency of funding forprimary public health services,new rural cooperative medical system fund and various subsidies.
