摘要 在当前的世界范围内,数字技术已经充分且深入地渗透和应用到生产、生活的各个领域,在社会经济增长中扮演着越来越重要的角色。相对于工业经济时代而言,以云计算、大数据、物联网、人工智能和5G为代表的新一代信息和通信技术正在成为引领企业管理转型发展的强劲驱动力,如何推动实施数字化转型也成为企业面对未来竞争,实现快速发展的重要内容。其中,人力资源管理不仅是企业管理体系的核心功能,也是获得持续竞争力的关键所在,还是企业数字化转型的重要基石。如今很多的企业都将人力资源管理数字化转型提升到新的高度,但是依然面临诸多现实困境,导致难以获得应有的效果。本文提出,人力资源管理数字化转型应该结合企业自身的现实基础,需要充分利用基本要素并依据基本逻辑来确定合适的转型模式和实施路径,如此才能为企业系统性变革提供有力支持。 Currently,digital technology has fully and deeply penetrated into and been applied to various fields of production and life worldwide,and is playing an increasingly important role in social and economic growth.Compared with the era of industrial economy,new generation of information and communication technologies represented by Cloud,Big Data,IOT,AI and 5G are becoming the strong driving force to lead the transformation and development of enterprise management.How to promote the implementation of digital transformation has become the important content for enterprises facing competition and rapid development in the future.Human resources management is not only the core function in the enterprise management system,but also the key to achieve sustainable competitiveness,and it is also the cornerstone of digital transformation in enterprises.Nowadays,although many enterprises have raised the digital transformation of human resources management to a new stage,they still face many practical difficulties which make it difficult to obtain the desired results.This paper proposes that the digital transformation of human resources management should be combined with conditions in each enterprise.It is necessary to make use of the basic elements and determine the appropriate transformation modes and implementation path based on the logic,so as to provide strong support for the systemic transformation of the enterprise.
