摘要
运营管理已经成为公立医院高质量发展的重要内容。如何科学搭建符合公立医院运行实际的组织体系,使各部门各司其职,充分发挥协同效应,成为公立医院运营管理顶层设计的关键所在。以协同理论为背景,积极探索医院在运营管理整体组织框架内,各部门创新协同运作模式,旨在为科学构建公立医院运营管理组织体系、实现更深层次的业财融合提供有价值的参考。
Operation Management has become an important part of high-quality development of public hospitals.How to set up a scientific organization system in line with the actual operation of public hospitals,so that each department has its own duties and give full play to the synergy effect,has become the key to the top-level design of Public Hospital Operation Management.Based on the synergetic theory,it explores the innovative synergetic operation mode of every department within the framework of hospital operation and management,in order to provide valuable reference for the scientific construction of Public Hospital operation and management organization system and to achieve deeper financial integration.
