摘要
公立医院实现高质量发展的关键,在于主动改变重规模扩张和资源获取、轻运营管理和配置效率的粗放式管理模式,不断提升精细化管理水平。基于协同治理理论,通过对XH医院开展的"临床专科运营助理"管理实践进行总结,完整构建了从顶层设计、保障机制到工作内容、考核体系等在内的运营助理总体实施路径,进而为推动医院管理模式转变、推进业财深度融合提供新的思路和经验借鉴。
The key to achieve high-quality development of public hospitals is to change the existing mode that focus on expanding scale and acquiring resources rather than allocative efficiency and management capabilities proactively.Based on collaborative governance theory,this paper summarized the new pattern that providing opera⁃tion assistants for clinical departments explored in the XH hospital.In this practice,XH hospital founded a com⁃plete framework including top-level design,guarantee mechanism,specific workflow and evaluation system.Through the analysis of this practice,this paper provided a new perspective for promoting the transformation of hos⁃pital management model and deepening the integration of business and finance.
