摘要
本文在回顾相关文献的基础上,通过问卷调查、行为事件访谈、专家小组等方法,提出项目管理团队成员胜任力模型,包括知识、技能、动机、人格特质、自我概念5个维度,各维度又包含若干胜任力特征,为医院选拔项目管理团队成员提供参考。
Based on literature review, questionnaire investigation, behavioral event interview, experts con- sultation. The article put forward competence model of project management team member, which included knowl- edge, ability, motivation, personality traits, self- concept five dimension. Each dimension contained several ele- ments. The model will provide some references for the hospital selection of project management member.
