摘要
目的了解我国卫生领域胜任素质模型研究现状及存在问题,为后续研究提供依据和参考。方法采用胜任力素质模型、构建等关键词,全面检索2010年1月至2019年12月发表在万方数据、中国知网、和维普中文期刊的核心期刊文献,对文献的发表年份、地区、研究对象、模型构建方法和统计学方法进行整理及分析。结果共纳入符合条件的文献64篇,来自全国19个省、自治区、直辖市,经济水平较高地区研究较多。护理人员的研究居多(27篇,42.2%)。研究者多采用组合法构建模型(54篇,84.4%),更倾向于因子分析法(18篇,28.1%)分析模型。结论我国卫生领域胜任素质模型构建的研究存在地区差异性,护理人员研究较多与医疗模式转变有关。研究存在样本量较低,模型未进行信度和效度分析等问题,我国卫生领域胜任素质模型构建的研究质量有待提高。
Objective To provide evidence for further researches through explore the current situation and problems of research on the competence model of health field in China.Methods The core journal literatures published in Wanfang Data,CNKI,and VIP Chinese journals from January 2010 to December 2019 were comprehensively searched with keywords such as competency model and construction,and the publication year,region,research object,model construction method,and statistical method of the literatures were sorted out and analyzed.Results A total of 64 eligible papers were included,which came from 19 Provinces,Autonomous regions and Municipalities directly under the central government,economic level higher area studies more.Most of the studies were on nursing staff(27 articles,42.2%).Researchers mostly used the grouping method to construct models(54 articles,84.4%),and they were more inclined to factor analysis(18 articles,28.1%) to analyze models.Conclusion There are obvious regional differences in competency model in the field of health care in China.The more nursing staff research is related to the transformation of medical model.There are some problems in these study,such as low sample size,lack of reliability and validity analysis,etc.,which suggest that the research quality of competency model of health field in China needs to be improved.
