摘要
文章分析了高校青年教师开展课程思政的必要性,结合目前存在的一些问题,提出从提高教师自身修养、提升教书育人能力、拓展支撑平台建设、完善评价机制4个方面深入探索,提高高校青年教师开展课程思政的成效,促进课程思政与思政课程同向共行,有效提升新时代高校人才培养质量。
This article analyzes the necessity for young teachers to carry out curriculum ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Combined with existing problems,it is proposed to perform in-depth exploration from four aspects:improving teachers′self-cultivation,improving teaching and educating ability,expanding support platform construction,and improving evaluation mechanism.The implementation of the above measures will improve the effectiveness in developing curriculum ideological and political education,promote the collaborative development between curriculum ideological and political education and ideological and political courses,and effectively improve the quality of talent training in universities in the new era.
