摘要
实验室安全文化水平能直观地反映出实验室安全管理状况,加强实验室安全文化建设是预防和减少实验室安全事故的重要途径。以上海海洋大学为例,分别从实验室安全观念文化建设、行为文化建设、管理文化建设和物态文化建设等方面分析实验室安全文化实践过程中实施的具体举措,以及取得的成效。提出高校必须重视实验室安全文化建设,逐步将新形势多元物态影响下的实验室安全观念文化铸形,规范安全行为文化,探索出适合自身实际的实验室安全文化建设模式,达到本质安全。
The level of laboratory safety culture can directly reflect the status of laboratory safety management,and strengthening the construction of laboratory safety culture is an important way to prevent and reduce laboratory safety accidents.Taking Shanghai Ocean University as an example,this paper analyzes the concrete measures in the practice of laboratory safety culture from the aspects of laboratory safety concept culture construction,behavior culture construction,management culture construction and physical culture construction,etc.,The results of these measures are achieved.It is pointed out that universities must attach importance to the construction of laboratory safety culture,gradually cast the culture of laboratory safety concept under the influence of the new situation of multiple states of matter,and standardize the culture of safety behavior.It is necessary to explore the construction mode of laboratory safety culture suitable for its own reality,and to achieve essential safety.
