摘要
以豫86×豫M1-7构建的RIL群体为作图群体,结合SNP和基因芯片技术对RIL群体进行基因型分析,构建连锁图谱,进行玉米开花期相关性状的QTL鉴定。通过对2年3点玉米开花期相关性状QTL分析,共鉴定到48个开花期性状相关的QTLs,包括18个抽雄期QTLs、16个吐丝期QTLs和14个散粉期QTLs。这些QTLs分别分布在第1、2、3、5、6、7、9、10号染色体上,单个表型贡献率范围在1.67%~20.33%;有一个QTL在3个环境下稳定检测到,3个QTL在2个环境下稳定检测到;有控制吐丝期的qDTS3-1(2018年郑州)和qDTS3-1(2019年郑州)在两个环境下稳定检测到,且贡献率为15.44%和10.12%;一个贡献率达到13.01%的环境性稳定性位点qDTA9-3,可以供分子标记辅助育种选育目标性状。
In this study,the RIL population constructed by a cross of Yu 86 and Yu M1-7 was used for the map⁃ping population.The gene-chip technology was used to analyze the genotype of RIL population,and the linkage map was constructed to identify QTLs related to flowering traits in maize.A total of 48 QTLs related for flowering traits were identified by QTL analysis at three locations over two years,including 18 QTLs during anthesis stage,16 QTLs during silking stage and 14 QTLs during tasseling stage.These QTLs are distributed on chromosomes 1,2,3,5,6,7,9 and 10,respectively,with the contribution rate of a single phenotype ranging from 1.67%to 20.33%.In ad⁃dition,one QTL was identified in three environments,and three QTLs in two environments,including two QTLs,qDTS3-1(E1)and qDTS3-1(E3)controlling the silking stage,with a contribution rate of 15.44%and 10.12%,re⁃spectively,as well as one QTL(qDTA9-3)related to anthesis stage,which contributed to 13.01%of phenotype vari⁃ants.This study can be used for molecular marker-assisted breeding for target traits selection.
