摘要
【目的】探讨一对一的责任助产护理对足月无痛分娩结局及产程的改善作用。【方法】选取我院收治的足月并采取无痛分娩的产妇76例,采用随机数字表法分位两组,观察组38例采用一对一的责任助产护理,对照组38例采用传统护理,对两组产妇的临床指标、分娩方式、母婴并发症及护理满意度进行分析。【结果】观察组总产程时间、产后住院时间以及产后2 h出血量均低于对照组;观察组自然分娩率高于对照组;观察组母婴并发症发生率均低于对照组;观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】一对一的责任助产护理对足月无痛分娩结局起到良好的改善作用,提高了自然分娩率,同时也缩短了产妇分娩总产程时间,减少了母婴并发症,使产妇及家属具有较高的满意度。
【Objective】To explore the effect of one-to-one responsible midwifery nursing on the outcome and process of full-term painless delivery.【Methods】A total of 76 full-term parturients with painless delivery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.38 cases in the observation group were treated with one-to-one responsible midwifery nursing,and 38 cases in the control group were treated with traditional nursing.The clinical indexes,delivery methods,maternal and infant complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.【Results】The total duration of labor,postpartum hospital stay and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;The natural delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;The incidence of maternal and infant complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】One-to-one responsible midwifery nursing plays a good role in improving the outcome of full-term painless delivery,improves the natural delivery rate,shortens the total delivery time of parturients,reduces maternal and infant complications,and makes parturients and their families have high satisfaction.
