摘要
目的:探讨坤泰胶囊联合认知行为疗法治疗产后焦虑及抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:选取产后焦虑及抑郁症倾向的产妇100例,随机分为两组。对照组采用对照心理疗法:给予常规的心理干预及心理疏导,对于不愿意接受药物治疗的病例,同样给予心理疏导,并与家属沟通,让其家属加强对产妇的关注与关怀。观察组采用坤泰胶囊联合认知行为疗法:从分娩后至产后2周内开始使用坤泰胶囊口服,4粒/次,3次/d,关注患者认知和行为的变化,并通过行为激活、问题解决技能等方法来提升个体获得行为奖励的能力。结果:两组治疗后抑郁评分、产妇及家属治疗满意率比较差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:产后焦虑及抑郁患者采用坤泰胶囊联合认知行为疗法,可以改善患者焦虑及抑郁情绪,对母婴安全有着重大意义。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Kuntai capsule combined with cognitive behavioral therapy on postpartum anxiety and depression.Methods:One hundred cases of puerperal anxiety and depression were randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted control psychotherapy:including conventional psychological intervention and psychological counseling,for those who are not willing to accept drug treatment,psychological counseling was also given,and communication with their families was performed,so that their families can strengthen their concern and care for the puerpera.The observation group received Kuntai capsule combined with cognitive behavioral therapy:Kuntai capsule was taken orally from delivery to 2 weeks after delivery,4 capsules per time,3 times per day,the cognitive and behavioral changes of patients were monitored,and the ability of individuals to obtain behavioral rewards was improved through behavioral activation and problem-solving skills.Results:There were significant differences in depression score and treatment satisfaction rate of puerpera and their family members after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:For postpartum anxiety and depression patients,Kuntai capsule combined with cognitive behavioral therapy can improve their anxiety and depression,which is of great significance to the safety of mothers and infants.
