摘要
中西医结合治疗一直是临床医生和患者共同追求的医疗模式,临床研究证实对于多种慢性疾病、急性疾病恢复期、疑难病,中西医结合治疗效果优于单用西药或中药,更能使患者的近远期受益。受整体观念和辨证论治影响,中医学在疾病诊疗上重视整体化、系统化。建立在基因、分子、细胞水平的现代医学,在疾病诊断上则更加强调除临床症状之外其他证据,治疗上倾向于具体化、精准化。以对立的思维和眼光看待这两大治疗体系,制约临床思维同时,也阻滞了中西医结合治疗思维的创新与发展。文章以临床常见疾病为例,旨在阐述中西医治疗思维存在同一性,以期为中西医结合治疗思维在临床运用上提供一定的启示。
The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has always been the common pursuit of clinicians and patients.Clinical studies have confirmed that for a variety of chronic diseases,acute disease recovery period,difficult and rare diseases,the treatment effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is better than that of Western medicine or traditional Chinese medicine alone,which can benefit patients in the near and long term.Influenced by the holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment,traditional Chinese medicine attaches importance to integration and systematization in disease treatment,seeking the root cause of disease treatment,strengthening the body and eliminating pathogenic factors,and adjusting Yin and Yang.Modern medicine,which is based on gene,molecular and cell level,emphasizes other evidences besides clinical symptoms in disease diagnosis,and treatment tends to be specific and precise.To treat these two treatment systems with opposite thinking and perspective restricts clinical thinking,but also blocks the innovation and development of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Taking common clinical diseases as an example,this paper aims to expound the identity of Chinese and Western medicine therapeutics in thinking,so as to provide some enlightenment for the clinical application of the thinking mode of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
