摘要
放疗抵抗是肿瘤放射治疗中存在的一大难题,其放疗抵抗机制与肿瘤组织血管分布不规则,血液流通受阻,肿瘤组织存在乏氧区域,乏氧细胞对辐射耐受性较高等因素密切相关。已有研究表明,姜黄素具有抗肿瘤、抗血管生成、增加肿瘤细胞含氧量等作用。且最新研究发现,姜黄素对乳腺癌、肺癌等多种体外肿瘤细胞具有放射增敏作用。就姜黄素放射增敏作用及其机制研究进展作一综述,为后期姜黄素协同放射治疗抗肿瘤侵袭和转移研究提供参考。
Radiation resistance is a major problem existed in tumor radiotherapy and the mechanism is closely associated with tumor tissue vascular distribution, blood circulation blocked, hypoxia zone in tumor tissue and hypoxic cells highly resistant to radiation, etc. Studies have shown that curcumin has anti - tumor and anti - angiogenesis, increases oxygen content of tumor cells, etc. And the latest research has found that curcumin with a radiation sensitization effect on breast cancer, lung cancer and other tumor ceils in vitro. So in this article, research progress of curcumin increase radiation sensitivity effect and its mechanism are summarized, which can be used as a reference to discuss curcumin combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of tumor recurrence and metastasis in late period.
