摘要
目的:观察五味消毒饮联合龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗肝胆湿热型带状疱疹临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2015年1月至2017年6月期间在我院接受诊治的68例肝胆湿热型带状疱疹患者的临床病历资料;根据治疗方式的不同分成两组,对照组35例,采用口服阿昔洛韦、弥可保等常规西医治疗,研究组33例,采用五味消毒饮联合龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗后症状与体征缓解时间、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组患者止痛时间、止疱时间、结痂时间及治愈时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);研究组治疗总有效率87. 88%(29/33)高于对照组患者的57. 14%(20/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。两组患者用药不良反应发生率比较[9. 09%vs11. 43%],差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论:五味消毒饮联合龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗肝胆湿热型带状疱疹疗效显著,安全性高,能有效缓解或消除临床症状、体征,值得临床推广。
Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of using Wuwei Xiaodu Drink combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of hepatobiliary and damp-heat type herpes zoster. Methods： 68 cases of patients with hepatobiliary and damptype herpes zoster who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected as subjects. According to the different treatment methods divided into two groups. Patients in the controlled group（ n = 35） were given oral acyclovir,Methycobal and other conventional western medicine treatment,and the patients in the study group（ n = 33） were given Wuwei Xiaodu Drink combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction. The symptoms and signs of remission time,clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： The duration of pain,time of blistering,scabing time and cure time were lower in the study group than those in the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate was 87. 88%（ 29/33）in the study group and 57. 14%（ 20/35） in the controlled group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions（ 9. 09% vs. 11. 43%）,the difference was not statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Using Wuwei Xiaodu Drink combined with Longdan Xiegan Decoction in the treatment of hepatobiliary and damp-type herpes zoster has high safety,efficacy,can effectively relieve and eliminate clinical symptoms,signs,worthy of clinical promotion.
