摘要
目的探讨碳光子治疗仪在带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中的应用效果.方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月该院收治的70例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组35例.两组均采用常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组进行穴位按摩,观察组采用穴位按摩联合碳光子治疗仪治疗.对比两组的疼痛减轻时间,比较两组治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及各项炎症指标[白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(interleukin-10,IL-10)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)]水平.结果与对照组相比,观察组的疼痛减轻时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的IL-6、CRP水平均低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论碳光子治疗仪可有效抑制带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者机体炎症反应,有效缓解疼痛,促进康复,值得临床推广使用.
Objective To investigate the application effect of carbon photon therapy apparatus in patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 70 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional therapy.On this basis,the control group was treated with acupoint massage,and the observation group was treated with acupoint massage combined with carbon photon therapy instrument.The pain relief time between the two groups,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and inflammatory indexes[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)and C-reactive protein(CRP)]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the pain relief time in the observation group was shorter,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and CRP in observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-10 were higher than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carbon photon therapy instrument can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response of patients with neuralgia after herpes zoster,effectively relieve pain and promote rehabilitation,which is worthy of clinical application.
