摘要
基础设施是政府“集中力量办大事”的重要抓手,助推经济增长的利器;技术创新是经济发展的“命门”,摆脱科技掣肘的关键。两者共同作用于产业结构,对我国产业结构升级具有不同的影响路径。文章基于空间自回归模型(SAC)和分位数模型(QR),构建邻接和地理经济交互两种空间权重矩阵,探讨基础设施、技术创新与产业结构升级之间的关系。主要研究结果为:基础设施对于产业结构升级存在“倒U”型影响路径;技术创新对于产业结构升级具有推动作用,但在产业结构发展的不同层次,技术对产业结构的影响力差异较大;基础设施和技术创新的协同作用显著为负,在技术创新刺激下,基础设施对产业结构升级产生了消极影响。
Infrastructure is an important starting point for the government to“concentrate on major events”and a sharp weapon to boost economic growth,while technological innovation is the“lifeline”for economic development and the key to getting rid of the constraints of science and technology.They work together on the industrial structure and have different impact paths on upgrading industrial structure.Based on the spatial autoregressive model(SAC)and the quantile model(QR),this paper constructs two spatial weight matrices for adjacency and geographic economic interaction and explores the relationship between infrastructure,technological innovation,and industrial structure upgrading.The main findings of the study are:there is an“inverted U”impact path on the upgrading of industrial structure;technological innovation has a driving effect on industrial structure upgrading,but the influence of technology on industrial structure varies greatly at different levels of industrial structure development;the synergy between infrastructure and technological innovation is significantly negative,with technological innovation stimulating The synergistic effect of infrastructure and technological innovation is significantly negative,and infrastructure harms the upgrading of industrial structure when stimulated by technological innovation.
