摘要
应用硫氰酸钠法纺丝制备腈纶纤维,并研究腈纶致密化过程中的温度、时间、收缩率对纤维力学性能的影响。结果表明:腈纶纤维的最佳致密化温度为110℃,致密化时间约为90 s;致密化过程中应给予一定的收缩率,以提高致密化效果。随着致密化时纤维回缩率的增加,致密化后纤维的密度增大,而取向度降低,断裂比强度下降,断裂伸长率增大;致密化后纤维的断面由粗糙变得细密,表明致密化过程使得纤维内部的不均匀得以消除,组织结构变得密实。
Acrylie fiber was prepared by wet spinning with sodium thiocyanate,and the effects of temperature,time and shrinkage on fiber properties during densification were studied.The results show that the optimum densification temperature of acrylic fiber is 110℃and the densification time is about 90 s.A certain shrinkage rate should be given in the densification process to improve the densification effect.With the increase of fiber shrinkage during densification,the density of the densified fiber increases,the orientation degree decreases,the specific strength at break decreases and the elongation at break increases.After densification,the cross section of the fiber changes from coarse to fine,which indicates that the inhomogeneity in the fiber is eliminated and the structure becomes dense during densification.
