摘要
为研究阳离子染料孔雀绿与腈纶间的相互作用,分别测定了腈纶于玻璃化温度附近(80,90和100℃)吸附孔雀绿的吸附等温线,并用表面反射光谱证实了100℃时染料在纤维上的吸附是以离子键结合的单分子层.液/固吸附计量置换理论(SDT-A)及其热力学研究表明,所研究的孔雀绿吸附亲和自由能ΔGA为常数且为较大的负值;水分子解吸自由能ΔGD为随溶液体相浓度C增大而增大的较小的正值;孔雀绿上染腈纶是由熵驱动的化学吸附,与吸附等温线和表面反射光谱的实验结果一致.计算结果能很好地解释实验事实,并可从更深层次上揭示吸附机理.
In order to study the mechanism of interaction between the cationic dyestuff of malachite green and acrylic, the adsorption isotherms of malachite green adsorbed from the aqueous solutions onto the acrylic about the vitrification temperature (80,90 and 100℃)were measured, respectively. It was confirmed by the surface reflection spectra of malachite green that the dyestuff adsorbed on the fibers at 100℃ existed in mono-layer combined with ion-bond. The investigation of the stoichiometric displacement theory for adsorption (SDT-A)in liquid/solid system and its thermodynamics showed that on a given adsorption system, △GA, the net free energy of adsorption affinity of malachite green is a constant and a greater negative value while △GD, the net free energies of water molecules desorption from the fibers, are less positive values increasing with concentrations of bulk solution C. Dyeing of malachite green onto acrylic is a chemical adsorption driven by entropy. The investigation of thermodynamics of SDT-A was in accordance with the experimental results by both the adsorption isotherms and surface reflection spectra of malachite green. The results calculated can explain well the experimental facts and can deeply explore the specific adsorption mechanism.
