摘要
积极心理学是一种以促进个体与社会繁荣的重要研究,充分关注积极力量,目前很多学生存在心理问题而高校心理健康教育中存在定位不精准、教育范围具有局限等不足之处,需要更新教育目标,创新教学内容,建立多元化教育系统,更新教育手段,更新教育模式,拓展教育渠道,实现以积极心理学理念为导向构建心理健康教育模式,激发学生的积极力量并将其延伸至社会层面,促进社会的发展。
Positive psychology is an important research to promote the prosperity of individuals and society.It pays full attention to positive forces.At present,many students have psychological problems.However,in the mental health education of higher colleges,there are deficiencies such as inaccurate positioning and limited education scope.It is needed to update educational goals,innovate teaching content,establish a diversified education system,update educational methods,update educational models,expand educational channels,and realize the construction of a mental health education model guided by the concept of positive psychology to stimulate students’positive forces and extend it to the social level,so as to promote the development of society.
