摘要
涂料性能检测是涂料研发工程师开发新产品、品质工程师控制产品质量的一种重要手段,它涵盖了多种不同的评价方法,这些评价方法中大部分都受人为因素影响比较大。另一方面,涂料性能的整个检测过程耗时长,并且对检测人员的专业技术水平要求比较高,因此,实现涂料性能检测的自动化或智能化对提高数据的可靠性和提升检测效率有重要的意义。详细分析了涂料性能评估常用的检测方法实现自动化或智能化的可行性,也强调了应注意的问题。最后,对涂料性能检测自动化与智能化的未来发展方向及新技术的应用提出了建议。
Coatings performance test is an important way by which R&D engineers develop new products and QC engineers control quality.It covers a number of different evaluation methods most of which are influenced greatly by human factors.On the other side,the whole test procedure is time-consuming and requires good professional technology for test person.So automating and intelligentizing tests of coatings performance have the important significance for improving testing results reliabilities and increasing testing efficiency.In this article,the feasibility of automating and intelligentizing tests of coatings performance by some common testing methods was analyzed in detail.Some problems which should be paid attention to were emphasized.Finally,the suggestions on future direction and new technology application for automation and int elligentzation of coatings performance tests.
