摘要
目前粉煤灰空心微珠(FAC)在防火涂料中的应用主要采用小粒径部分,大粒径FAC由于易破碎的特点少有利用。为了提高FAC的综合利用率,提出了一种对大粒径FAC进行处理和利用的工艺。通过对大粒径FAC进行球磨、焙烧分解、酸浸、碱溶,制备出硅酸钠溶液并副产氢氧化铝,分别作为防火涂料中无机粘结剂和阻燃剂使用,并确定了厚型钢结构防火涂料的基础配方,同时研究了试验条件对Al_(2)O_(3)浸出率和硅酸钠溶液中SiO_(2)含量的影响。试验结果表明:该工艺是一种资源利用率较高的工艺方案,所制备的防火涂料性能较好。
Fly ash cenospheres(FAC)with small particle sizes are usually used in fireproof materials,while the larger ones are rarely utilized due to the fragile characteristics.To make full use of FAC,a process for the treatment and utilization of FAC with large particle sizes was proposed.FAC with large particle size were treated through ball milling,calcining,acid leaching,and alkali dissolving to prepare sodium silicate solution and by-product aluminum hydroxide,which were used as an inorganic binder and flame retardant respectively in fire resistive coating and the basic formula of thick fire resistive coating for steel structure was determined.The influence of experimental factors on the Al_(2)O_(3) leaching rate and the SiO_(2) content of the sodium silicate solution was investigated.The results show that the process is highly feasible and of high resource efficiency,and the prepared fire resistive coating has a good performance.
