摘要
现今,由于重防腐行业具有经验的喷涂工人资源匮乏,导致钢结构自动化喷涂的需求日益增长,随之而来的问题就是需要更加集成且能够配合智能化喷涂的涂装厂房。为此,研发了一套更适合与自动喷涂机器人协作的集成喷涂房系统,以应对后续自动喷涂机器人研发的更多需求。
Nowadays,due to the lack of experienced spraying workers in the heavy-duty anticorrosion industry,the demand for automatic spraying of steel structures is growing day by day.The following problem is the need for more integrated and intelligent painting workshops.For this reason,A set of integrated spraying room system which is more suitable for cooperation with automatic spraying robot has been developed,so as to meet the more needs of the subsequent research and development of automatic spraying robot.
