摘要
目的:分析广州市海珠区小学生健康素养现状及其相关影响因素,为健康学校干预及制定健康素养提升策略提供科学依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,抽取海珠区20间小学,在抽中的小学五年级中随机抽取1个班的学生进行问卷调查。利用二分类logistic回归分析探讨相关影响因素。结果:794名学生总体健康素养水平为66.8%,其中健康知识和信念、健康技能和健康行为3方面健康素养水平分别为74.9%,77.0%和79.6%。按照领域划分,疾病预防、安全应急、卫生保健和心理健康的健康素养水平分别为63.6%,77.0%,81.4%和83.6%。性别、健康教育课、独生子女、父母亲文化程度、自评学习成绩和健康信息获取渠道是小学生健康素养的主要影响因素。结论:海珠区小学生健康素养水平还有待提升,系统化的健康知识和理念培训还需要加强。在今后的学校健康教育和健康促进工作中,应重点关注男性、成绩较差、非独生子女的学生。
OBJECTIVE To analyse the health literacy status and its influence factors of primary students in Haizhu District Guangzhou,so as to provide scientific basis for health promotion school intervention and adolescent health literacy promotion strategies.METHODS 20 primary schools in Haizhu district were selected through stratified cluster sampling in the cross-sectional study.One class was selected from each school in grade 5,all the students were invited to participate in the questionnaire survey.Binary logistic regression analysis was performed for the influencing factors.RESULTS 794 students had been investigated.The overall health literacy level was 66.8%.Among them,the health knowledge and concept literacy,health skills literacy,healthy lifestyle literacy were 74.9%,77.0% and 79.6%,respectively.According to the field,the disease prevention literacy,safety emergency literacy,health care literacy and mental health literacy were 63.6%,77.0%,81.4% and 83.6%.Gender,regular health education classes,the one-child,parents’ educational level,self-rated school achievement and access to health literacy were the main influencing factors(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The health literacy of the primary school students in Haizhu should be improved,systematic health knowledge and concept training should be strengthened.Health education and health promotion activities should be carried out for key groups such as boys,left-behind students and non-only children.
