摘要
为了改善目前国内动物口服麻醉技术发展水平相对滞后的现状,结合在临床诊疗和繁育管理过程中对狼进行便捷有效麻醉的实际需要,试验将右美托咪定(DEX)与α-氯醛糖(CS)复合使用,对10只健康成年灰狼实施口服麻醉,对麻醉过程中狼的主要生理指标[体温(T)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)和脉博血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))]、麻醉时期(诱导期、维持期、苏醒期)、麻醉效果(镇静、镇痛、肌松)及生物反射活动(角膜反射、眼睑反射、肛门反射)等进行比较研究。结果表明:狼口服麻醉后主要生理指标T持续下降,至监测结束时(麻醉后60分钟),与麻醉初期(麻醉后10分钟)比较降低了1.6℃,麻醉全过程SpO_(2)均在95.0%以上,RR和HR呈现出先降低后升高的趋势,均在麻醉后50分钟出现最低值;麻醉时期呈现出诱导过程平稳、维持时间适宜、苏醒迅速的特点,诱导期、维持期和苏醒期的平均时间分别为(9.2±1.6)min、(72.2±4.1)min、(38.5±4.4)min;镇静、镇痛及肌松效果确实且均衡,可提供约30 min的良好作用时间,麻醉后60分钟三者均开始恢复;角膜、眼睑及肛门生物反射始终存在,在口服给药后20~50分钟时受到适度的抑制作用。说明可对狼复合使用DEX与CS,并且该复合麻醉方案具有较好的麻醉效果。
In order to improve the current development level of animal oral anesthesia technology that was relatively lagging in China, combining with the actual needs of convenient and effective anesthesia methods for wolves in the process of clinical diagnosis, treatment and breeding management, the trial combined dexmedetomidine(DEX) and α-chloralose(CS) to perform oral anesthesia on 10 healthy adult gray wolves, and the main physiological indicators(body temperature[T],heart rete[HR],respiration rete[RR],pulse oxygen saturation[SpO_(2)]), anesthesia period(induction period, maintenance period and wake-up period), anesthesia effect and biological reflex activity(the cornea, eyelids and anus bioreflexes) of the wolf during the anesthesia process were compared and studied. The results showed that the main physiological indicator T of wolves continued to decrease after oral anesthesia, and it decreased by 1.6 ℃ at the end of the monitoring(anesthesia for 60 min) compared with pre-anesthesia(anesthesia for 10 min). The average SpO_(2)was above 95.0% all through the anesthesia. RR and HR showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing, both of which had their lowest values 50 minutes after anesthesia. The anesthesia period showed the characteristics of stable induction, appropriate maintenance and rapid recovery. The average time of induction period, maintenance period and wake-up period were(9.2±1.6) min,(72.2±4.1) min,(38.5±4.4) min, respectively. The sedative, analgesic and muscle relaxant effects were effective and balanced. The anesthesia effect maintained for 30 minutes. All three began to recover 60 minutes after anesthesia;the cornea, eyelids and anus bioreflexes were always present, and they were moderately inhibited 20-50 minutes after oral administration. The results suggested that DEX and CS could be used in combination for wolves, and it had a good anesthetic effect.
