摘要
学分制改革与我国高校扩招工作几乎是同时进行的。在当前阶段,学分制改革已经成为了教育领域改革的必然趋势,也成为高职院校人才培养和管理的重要模式。学分制改革使高职院校的教育体制更加人性化,注重学生的个性化发展,尊重个体差异,开展具有针对性的专业培养。高职院校学分制改革的顺利落实,为学生打造了更加自由的学习氛围和学习空间,鼓励学生在学习的道路上自由探索,学生可以根据自己的实际需要,按照兴趣选择发展方向,有针对性地选择自身擅长的领域,提升个人能力,经过培训之后为社会所用。高职院校学分制改革的不断深化,也意味着我国素质教育不断向前发展。
The reform of credit system is almost at the same time as the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities in China.At the present stage,the reform of credit system has become the inevitable trend of the reform in the field of education,and has also become an important mode of talent training and management in higher vocational colleges.The reform of credit system makes the education system of higher vocational colleges more humanized,pays attention to the individualized development of students,respects individual differences,and carries out targeted professional training.The smooth implementation of the credit system reform in higher vocational colleges has created a freer learning atmosphere and learning space for students and encouraged students to explore freely on the road of learning.According to their actual needs,students can choose the direction of development according to their interests.The continuous deepening of credit system reform in higher vocational colleges also means that quality education in China continues to develop.
