“俄色叶”饮片质量标准研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立藏药"俄色叶"的饮片质量标准。方法:采用经验、显微鉴别方法对30批净制和切制饮片性状、显微特征进行描述;参照《四川省藏药材标准》(2014年版),对饮片进行薄层鉴别,对饮片水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物进行测定,分别采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法对饮片中总黄酮和根皮素含量进行测定;通过加速试验和长期试验考察其质量稳定性。结果:净制俄色叶与切制俄色叶的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、总黄酮和根皮素含量差异无统计学意义;2种饮片样品经6个月加速试验和24个月长期试验考察,各项指标均无明显变化,符合质量标准。结论:本文确定了俄色叶饮片质量控制指标,为俄色叶饮片质量标准的制定奠定了基础;两种饮片稳定性较好,在常温条件下可贮藏24个月。 Objective:To formulate quality standard of the decoction pieces of tibetan medicine“Eseye”——Malus toringoides(Rehd.)Hughes.and Malus transitoria(Batal.)Schneid.Methods:To observe appearance quality traits and microscopic characteristics of 30 batches of purified and cutted processed products of“Eseye”by empirical,microscopical and TLC identification methods.The contents of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash andalcohol extractof decoction pieces of“Eseye”were determined according to the related determination method in Sichuan Tibetan Medicine Standard 2014 Edition.UV method and HPLC method were used to determine the content of total flavonoids and phloretin in decoction pieces.To investigate its quality stability through accelerated and long-term stability test.Results:There is no significant difference in water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,alcohol extract,total flavonoids and phloretin content between purified and cutted processed products of“Eseye”.After 6 months of accelerated testing and 24 months of long-term stability testing,various indicators of 2 kinds of“Eseye”decoction pieces were no significant changes and met the required standard.Conclusion:In this paper,the quality control indexes of processed products of“Eseye”were determined,which laied the foundation for the formulation of the quality standard of processed products of“Eseye”.The two kinds of decoction pieces have good stability and can be stored for 24 months at ambient temperature.
